Si informano gli utenti (di seguito, anche quali “interessati”, ex. art. 4, c.1 GDPR) dei seguenti profili generali, validi per tutti gli ambiti del trattamento:

- Tutti i dati degli utenti, riferiti direttamente o indirettamente a persone fisiche, sono trattati in modo lecito, corretto e trasparente nei confronti dell’interessato, nel rispetto dei principi generali previsti dall’art. 5 GDPR.
- Abbiamo adottato specifiche misure di sicurezza per prevenire la perdita dei dati, usi illeciti, o non corretti e accessi non autorizzati.
- Tramite il sito si raccolgono, mediante sistemi e supporti informatici ovvero cartacei (cfr.: stampa cartacea di documento informatico), solamente dati “comuni” ovvero informazioni che non comprendono “particolari categorie di dati” (dati personali che rivelino l’origine razziale o etnica, le opinioni politiche, le convinzioni religiose o filosofiche, o l’appartenenza sindacale, nonché trattare dati genetici, dati biometrici intesi a identificare in modo univoco una persona fisica, dati relativi alla salute o alla vita sessuale o all’orientamento sessuale della persona) ovvero di “dati giudiziari” (dati personali relativi alle condanne penali e ai reati o a connesse misure di sicurezza).
- Il web hosting del sito è tenuto da Register.it S.p.A., con sede legale in Firenze, viale della Giovine Italia 17 - p.i: 02826010163, società nominata responsabile esterno del trattamento, elaborando i dati per conto del Titolare, i cui server – ai fini della gestione del sito - sono posti all’interno dello Spazio economico europeo; eventuali trasferimenti di dati a sub-responsabili all’estero verranno coperti da clausole contrattuali standard e/o da relativa decisione di adeguatezza, in conformità agli artt. 45 e 46 GDPR.
- L’elenco aggiornato delle persone autorizzate al trattamento per conto del Titolare nonché dei responsabili esterni del trattamento designati da Share è disponibile presso la sede del Titolare.
- La politica della privacy di Share non comporta, infine, il trattamento di dati personali di persone fisiche minori di 18 anni di età. Pertanto questo sito non è destinato a raccogliere intenzionalmente informazioni personali riferite ai minori. Nel caso in cui informazioni su minori fossero involontariamente registrate, il Titolare le cancellerà in modo tempestivo, direttamente e/o su richiesta degli utenti.

I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet. Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero – attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi – permettere di identificare gli utenti. 2.2 Contact us
Nella sezione “Contact us” ed in altre sezioni del sito appare una richiesta di contatto (“Send an email” / “Get a quote” / “Let’s talk”) dell’utente che viene re-indirizzata alla mail press@share-pr.it del Titolare, consentendo all’interessato di richiedere un contatto allo staff Share, la quale acquisisce l’indirizzo email del trasmittente ed eventuali altri dati personali ricevuti su iniziativa spontanea dell’interessato.
Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento (GDPR-art.13, comma 1, lett. c) | Vengono sollecitati i soli dati identificativi e di contatto necessari (nome/cognome/società/email) per poter rispondere alle richieste di contatto degli interessati su ambiti e/o materie di interesse dello stesso utente. L’invio della richiesta avviene sulla base del consenso dell’interessato, libero e informato, espresso mediante azione positiva inequivocabile (GDPR-art.6, co. 1, lett. a, considerando n. 32) mediante l’esecuzione di apposito link alla casella di contatto (“Contact us” / “Send an email” / “Get a quote”) e/o in virtù dell’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dello stesso interessato (GDPR- art.6, co.1, lett. b). |

2.3 Altri dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente.
L’invio facoltativo, esplicito e volontario di posta elettronica e/o ordinaria agli altri indirizzi indicati su questo sito (info@share-pr.it / sr@share-pr.it) comporta la successiva acquisizione dell’indirizzo del mittente, necessario per rispondere alle richieste, nonché degli eventuali altri dati personali inseriti nella missiva. Qualora il mittente inviasse il proprio curriculum per sottoporre la propria candidatura professionale, esso rimane l’unico responsabile della pertinenza ed esattezza dei dati inviati. Al ricevimento di tale curriculum spontaneo verrà rilasciata idonea informativa privacy all’interessato mediante contatto e-mail, avvenendo il trattamento per la finalità di eventuale selezione del candidato. Il mittente si dovrà in ogni caso astenere dall’inviare informazioni rientranti nelle “particolari categorie di dati” ovvero di “dati giudiziari” (vedi punto 1.4 – Informazioni Generali); in caso di ricezione, tali informazioni verranno cancellate, non venendo in alcun modo sottoposte a trattamento da parte del Titolare.

3. I TUOI DIRITTI
3.1 Potrai liberamente esercitare i seguenti diritti in relazione al trattamento dei dati trattati da Share:
- Ottenere conferma che sia in o meno in corso un trattamento di dati che ti riguardano e in tal caso, ottenere l’accesso ai dati e alle informazioni relative al trattamento.
- Richiedere la rettifica di dati inesatti;
- Richiedere la cancellazione dei dati nel caso in cui, tra le altre ragioni, gli stessi non siano più necessari per le finalità per cui sono stati richiesti; in tal caso, Share provvederà a cesserà di trattare i dati, fatto salvo il caso in cui gli stessi siano necessari per l’accertamento, l’esercizio o la difesa di un diritto.
- Richiedere l’applicazione della limitazione del trattamento dei dati, nel qual caso gli stessi potranno essere trattati solo previo consenso dell’interessato; fanno eccezione la conservazione dei dati stessi e l’utilizzo per l’accertamento, l’esercizio o la difesa di un diritto o per la protezione dei diritti di altri soggetti fisici o giuridici o per motivi di interesse pubblico rilevante dell’Unione Europea o di uno Stato Membro.
- Opporti, in tutto od in parte, per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei tuoi dati, in tal caso, Share dovrà cessare di trattare i dati stessi, fatto salvo il caso in cui gli stessi siano necessari per la difesa contro possibili reclami.
- Ricevere, in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da un dispositivo automatico, i dati forniti a Share o richiedere che Share li trasferisca direttamente ad un altro titolare quando tecnicamente possibile.
- Revocare il consenso concesso, se pertinente, per le finalità specificate nel precedente punto 2 senza pregiudicare la legittimità del trattamento sulla base del consenso fornito precedentemente alla revoca.
3.2 I suddetti diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione, e portabilità dei dati potranno essere esercitati direttamente dall’interessato o da un suo rappresentante legale o volontario, mediante richiesta rivolta a iSHARE S.r.l. ai suoi dati di contatto mediante invio di lettera raccomandata a.r. presso la sede operativa in Milano (20141 – MI) - via Pietrasanta n.12 ovvero di email all’indirizzo info@share-pr.it o, infine, di email pec all’indirizzo ishare@pec.it.
L’interessato ha diritto di proporre reclamo alla competente Autorità di controllo.
4. AGGIORNAMENTO DELLA POLICY
Si segnala che la presente informativa può essere oggetto di revisione periodica, anche in relazione alla normativa e giurisprudenza di riferimento. - GENERAL INFORMATION
Users are advised (hereinafter, also as "concerned parties", pursuant to art. 4, para. 1 of the GDPR) on the following general profiles, valid for all areas of processing:
- The Data Controller is iSHARE S.r.l in the person of its legal representative Silvia Rizzi, with headquarters in Milan - via Pietrasanta 12, Tax ID and VAT no. IT 09888220960, which can also be contact on: info@share-pr.it and tel. +39 371.3805614 / 371.387993.
- All information on the concerned parties, directly or indirectly referring to natural persons, are processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner in relation to the concerned party, in compliance with the general principles established by art. 5 of the GDPR.
- In order to prevent data loss, abuse or incorrect use of data and unauthorised access, specific security measures have been implemented.
- The site only collects, through computer systems and media or paper ( see: print of computer document ), "ordinary" data or information that does not include " particular categories of data" ( personal data that reveal the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data related to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person) or " legal data " (personal information on criminal convictions and crimes or related security measures).
- The website is hosted by Register.it SpA, with registered office in Florence, Viale della Giovine Italia 17 - VAT no. 02826010163, members appointed external company managing the processing, processing the data on behalf of the owner, whose servers - for the purpose of website management - are placed within the European Economic Area; any transfer of data to sub-processors abroad will be covered by standard contractual clauses and/or by a relative adequacy decision , in compliance with articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR .
- The updated list of people authorised to implement processing on behalf of the Data Controller as well as external data processors appointed by Share is available at the Data Controller's registered office.
- Finally, the privacy policy of Share does not entail the processing of personal data of individuals below the age of 18. Therefore this site does not intentionally collect personal information relative to minors. In the event that information concerning minors is unintentionally recorded, the Controller shall promptly delete it at the user's request.

Purpose and legal ground for the processing (GDPR, Art.13, paragraph 1, letter c) | The only necessary identification and contact data (email / name/surname/company) are requested in order to be able to respond to the contact requests of the interested parties on areas and/or subjects of interest of the user him/herself. 2.3 Other data voluntarily supplied by the user.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails and ordinary post to the addresses indicated on this website (info@share-pr.it / sr@share-pr.it) entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the messages. If the sender sends his/her curriculum to submit his/her professional application, he/she remains solely responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the information sent. Upon receipt of this voluntary curriculum, the appropriate privacy policy will be issued to the concerned party by e-mail, and processing will be carried out for the purpose of a potential candidate selection. In any case, the sender must refrain from sending information that falls under the " particular categories of data" or " judicial data" (see point 1.4 - General Information); in case of receipt, such information will be deleted, not being in any way processed by the Owner.

3. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
3.1 You may freely exercise the following rights in relation to the processing of data handled by Share:
- Obtain confirmation that the processing of data concerning you is ongoing or not, and in the latter case, get access to the data and information relative to the processing.
- Request the amendment of incorrect information;
- Request that the data is deleted in the event that, among other reasons, this is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were requested; in this case, Share will cease to process the data, except in case they are necessary for the assessment, exercise, or defence of a right.
- Request a limit to the data processing, in which case this can only be processed with the consent of the concerned party; exceptions include data retention and use for the assessment, exercise or defence of a right or to protect the rights of other physical or legal persons or for reasons of public interest that concern the European Union or a Member State.
- Oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of your data, in which case, Share will have to cease to process the data, except in the case in which they are necessary to deal with potential complaints.
- Receive, in a structured format, widely used and readable by an automatic device, the data provided to Share or request that Share transfer it directly to another holder when feasible.
- Revoke the consent granted, if applicable, for the purposes specified in paragraph 2 above without jeopardising the legitimacy of the processing on the basis of the consent provided prior to the revocation.
3.2 The aforesaid rights of access, amendment, cancellation, limitation, opposition, and data portability may be exercised directly by the concerned party or by a legal or voluntary representative, by requesting said contact details by sending a registered letter to iSHARE S.r.l. at its operations centre in Milan - via Pietrasanta 12, or e-mail at info@share-pr.it or, currently limited to the Italian national territory, certified email at ishare@pec.it.
The Concerned Party shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4. POLICY UPDATE
It should be noted that this information may be subject to regular reviews, also in relation to applicable legislation and jurisprudence. In the event of significant changes, appropriate evidence will be given in the home-page of the site for a suitable duration of time.
